Tympstar Pro
The GSI TympStar Pro ™ tympanometer allows audiologists to perform comprehensive middle ear tests to meet their needs. Change settings on the fly or interpret audiometric test results on the 12-inch touchscreen. You can configure protocols on the tympanometer to gain efficiency and optimize your work process. MULTI-FREQUENCY TEST The addition of the Multi-Hz test to the TympStar Pro provides audiologists with the tools they need to confidently identify the resonance frequency of the middle ear. This powerful test can be performed five times faster than its predecessor and takes only 13 seconds. Multi-Hz offers the efficiency and precision necessary to assess pathologies of the middle ear.
TUBE GAP AND IDENTIFICATION The TympStar Pro now has a dedicated type of test to identify a tube gap. With the possibility of storing the measurements of four test conditions and its adjustable time base, the tubal open bite test constitutes a customizable option which covers the needs of the protocols of each establishment.
CLARINET
The clarinet is a clinical tympanometer, equipped with all the tests necessary to make a thorough and precise diagnosis of disorders of the middle ear. Automatic and manual tympanometry, acoustic reflex threshold, DECAY and latency, ETF for intact and perforated eardrums, high frequency and multi-component tympanometry are all available and the full results can be seen on a large color touch screen.
NOAH & MAESTRO INTEGRATION:
Simply connect Clarinet to a USB port on your computer (no driver required) and you can transfer the exam results to your Maestro or Noah database. And with the live view function, you can have a wide view of the current exam on the computer screen.

ENDLESS FLOW PUMP
The clarinet immediately impresses with the incredible speed of its pump: the scanning speed can reach 600 daPa / sec, without compromising the accuracy and precision of the tympanogram tracings. The pump features endless airflow technology, improving test performance when you have a slight leak.

GSI-39
The GSI 39 Auto Tymp ™ is a flexible screening device designed for tympanometry, measurement of acoustic reflexes and audiometry. Five different versions of the tympanometer are available to meet the unique demands of each establishment. The five versions are fast, versatile and easy to use. Additional modalities such as audiometry, contralateral reflexes or a 1000 Hz sound probe can be added as the requirements for the establishment's hearing tests change.
MULTIPLE PROBE SOUNDS 226 Hz and 1000 Hz probe sounds are available. Normative ranges for pressure and admittance of the middle ear are integrated.
SCREENING AUDIOMETRY Air conduction ranging from 125 to 8000 Hz. Constant, pulsed and FM stimuli are varied enough to adapt to all test environments.
FIVE AVAILABLE VERSIONS Flexible options that integrate tympanometry at 226 Hz, 1000 Hz, ipsilateral or contralateral acoustic reflexes up to four frequencies.
Timpani
The Timpani portable tympanometer is a lightweight, compact and powerful device designed to perform middle ear screening tests simply, quickly and accurately. He is able to perform an automatic tympanometry examination as well as, under license, an acoustic reflex test and pure tone audiometry. The device has a large color display with touch screen interface.
NOAH & MAESTRO INTEGRATION: Simply connect Timpani to a USB port of your computer, directly or place it on the docking station and connect the station to the PC, and you can transfer the exam results to your Maestro database or Noah.

Allegro
The GSI Allegro ™ is a portable screening device ready to operate in any test environment requiring tympanometry and ipsilateral reflexes. The Allegro offers an easy and quick tympanometric test with four practical navigation buttons. Automatic measurements of the condition of the middle ear are made in seconds using the configurable test parameters of the tympanometer. The Allegro includes a charging stand, a thermal printer and a carrying case.
